The Nauvoo Motel, now known as the West Annex, was originally built in 1976. In 1994 the new hotel, along with the indoor heated swimming pool, was built at 1875 Mulholland. With its family suites, the hotel could now cater to those with larger families. In June 1999, 52 rooms were added to the main hotel. A conference center with a kitchen was also added at this time which is now The Summer Kitchen Restaurant. Grandma's House, which would hold up to 50 people was purchased later that same year.
In June 2007, The Manor House opened its doors. The Manor House consists of 16 bunk rooms, 10 studios, and 34 rooms with 2 double beds. Each bunk room consists of 4 sets of bunk beds and can be adjoined to a studio and another bunk room to accommodate large families and youth groups. Grandma's House was also converted to Grandma's Cottage in Fall of 2007, a unique gift store featuring primitive homemade crafts.
In April 2008, The 10 Executive Suites opened for business and has swiftly become a big hit with vacationers. These suites have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen area. They also have their own washer and dryer.
